He co-founded Lexra and served for six years as its chief technology officer, leading the development of its synthesizable 32-bit RISC semiconductor IP. Dr. Hays holds A.B. and Ph.D. degrees in physics from Harvard and M.I.T., respectively, and an M.S.E.E. from Virginia Polytechnic Institute.
